Case study: website design and customer journey

From a treatment list to a reassuring digital front desk

Skincerely offers personal skincare and advanced treatments in Stockholm. The website had to communicate expertise without becoming cold or overly medical, while helping people who may not know which treatment they need feel safe enough to take the next step.

My role: Strategy, copy, brand identity, graphic design, website design and build, and integrations.

The challenge

Skin clinics often have long treatment menus filled with unfamiliar terminology. A visitor can be interested and still leave because she is unsure what applies to her, whether a treatment will hurt, or whether the clinic will actually listen.

What I brought together

I shaped the website around the questions clients ask before they book. Treatments are explained through outcomes and concerns rather than equipment alone. Clear booking points, FAQs, customer reviews and reassuring copy work together with a warm visual direction that feels professional without becoming impersonal.

What the website now enables

  • New clients can understand their options without already being skincare experts.
  • Reviews and plain-language explanations reduce hesitation before booking.
  • The website reflects the same warm, personal care clients receive in the salon.
