VISUAL IDENTITY & GRAPHIC DESIGN

consistency matters

For solo founders & small teams

Make your whole business look like it belongs together

Your website uses one font.

Your Instagram posts use another.

Your LinkedIn banner was made two years ago. Your booking form has completely different colours. Your course slides came from a template, and every time you create a new PDF, you start from scratch.

Nothing is terribly wrong on its own.

But together, it can make a good business feel smaller, newer and less established than it really is.

I create visual identities and graphic systems that work everywhere your clients meet you, not only in your logo.

What I help with

Why consistency matters

Before someone works with you, they are looking for small signs that they can trust you.

They notice when your website feels considered. When your booking page looks connected. When your proposal, newsletter and course materials feel as though they came from the same business.

They may not consciously think, “This typography is consistent.”

They simply feel that you are professional, attentive and serious about what you do.

That confidence matters when you are asking someone to book a coaching package, join a membership, attend a retreat or invest in a premium service.

When every part of the experience looks different, small doubts can begin to appear:

“Is this the right page?”

“Is this offer still current?”

“Is it safe to pay here?”

“Is this business really at the level the price suggests?”

A strong visual system removes those unnecessary questions.

More than a logo and some nice colours

Good graphic design is not about making one attractive image.

It is about creating a system.

A trained designer considers typography, spacing, hierarchy, proportion, readability, colour, image style and how everything works together. She also considers what happens when the design moves from a large website to a tiny phone screen, a PDF, a presentation or a booking form.

AI and templates can be genuinely useful. They can help you produce something that looks much better than what you had before.

But one attractive AI image or Canva template is not the same as a visual identity.

It may look good by itself while still feeling generic beside established premium businesses. It may not work with your logo, communicate the right personality or adapt properly across everything you need.

I can use modern tools as part of the process but the thinking, selection and system are shaped around your actual business.

Depending on what you need, I can create:

A visual system you can use everywhere

  • your logo or refine the one you already have

  • a colour and typography system

  • an image and photography direction

  • supporting graphic elements

  • website art direction

  • Instagram post and story templates

  • LinkedIn banners and content templates

  • newsletter headers and graphics

  • presentation and course slides

  • workbooks, guides and downloadable PDFs

  • proposals and sales material

  • workshop, retreat and event graphics

  • branded booking forms and landing pages

  • clear guidance for using it all consistently

Where an external platform has design limitations, I make it feel as connected to your identity as the platform allows.

The result is a practical set of tools not a beautiful brand document you never open.

How it works

What changes for you

You stop starting from zero every time you create something.

You know which colours, fonts, images and layouts belong to your business.

That consistency helps your business feel more established and makes premium pricing feel more believable.

And perhaps most importantly: you feel proud of how your work is presented.

If you hire an assistant or social media manager:

you can give them a clear system instead of explaining your taste every week.

Your clients experience

the same level of care from the first Instagram post to the website, booking page, welcome email and programme materials.

Time and investment

Smaller graphic design projects can start at around 4,000 SEK.

A visual identity refresh usually falls between 12,000–25,000 SEK.

A more complete visual identity and practical graphic system usually falls between 25,000–45,000 SEK.

Projects normally take 1–4 weeks.

Smaller or ongoing design work can be charged at 800–1,500 SEK per hour.

Prices exclude VAT, printing, paid fonts, stock images and third-party costs.

Client feedback

This is usually how it ends

Most people come to me feeling unsure about their website.

It’s either unfinished, outdated, or doing a poor job representing their work.

What I hear again and again, once we’re done, is relief.

Relief that things finally make sense. Relief that the website feels like them.

And very often: “I didn’t think this could feel this easy.”
