Portfolio project: website design and build
A live website project for Dayagne
Dayagne is a website design and build project in the portfolio. The embedded site lets you explore its pages and visual decisions directly, from the first screen through the paths between them.
My role: Website design and build.
I worked from the character and needs of this project, then designed the pages and paths around it. The website below lets you see the result in context.
What the site needed to do
Before choosing a layout, I worked from the project’s own brief and the journey its visitors would take. The decisions are visible in the pacing, the mobile reading experience and the path to a next step. Explore the site itself to see the result.
Want to see what a new visitor notices first? I wrote down a short way to look at your homepage.
A site built as one experience
I designed and built Dayagne as a connected website experience, thinking through how the pages look, read and lead into one another. You can explore the embedded site and see the visual decisions directly.
Design that has a job to do
A useful site needs more than a good first screen. The design has to work on a phone, make the main information easy to follow and help someone find a sensible next step. Those decisions shape how the finished site feels in use.
