A website that finally works as hard for you as you do
Your website is in one place.
Your bookings happen somewhere else.
Your course is on a platform that doesn’t look like you.
Your community lives in a Facebook group.
Your payments arrive through another system, and new clients receive links that you send manually.
It works. Mostly.
But it creates extra work for you and a confusing experience for the people trying to buy from you.
I help connect the practical parts of your business so they feel like one considered journey.
You do not need to know which platform, plugin or system you need. Start by telling me what is taking too much time or not working properly.
Your “Book now” button sends people to a generic page that looks unrelated to your website.
You created free landing pages on several different platforms and domains.
Every workshop or course launch requires another new page and another workaround.
People message you because they cannot find the right booking link.
You manually send welcome emails, Zoom links, reminders or course access.
Your course platform does not match the quality or feeling of the course itself.
Your members cannot easily find previous conversations or resources.
Your community lives in a Facebook or WhatsApp group that you do not control.
You copy names and email addresses between forms, spreadsheets and newsletter lists.
Someone expresses interest, but there is no gentle follow-up if they do not book.
You have an idea for an AI assistant but no idea what is realistic or useful.
Every unnecessary step gives a prospective client another opportunity to get distracted, lose confidence or decide to do it later.
Depending on your business, I can help with:
bookings and appointment systems
class schedules, workshops and waitlists
payments, subscriptions and payment plans
WooCommerce shops, product pages and checkout journeys
course and membership platforms
private, branded communities
landing pages connected to your own domain
forms that send information to the right place
email sequences and automatic reminders
welcome and onboarding journeys
connections between the tools you already use
protected resources, searchable knowledge libraries and glossaries
client portals and practitioner spaces
custom website functionality
custom AI assistants and agents
The answer is not always to build everything from scratch.
Often, an existing free or paid WordPress plugin can be adapted much further than its settings suggest. I can change how it looks, how people use it and how it connects to the rest of your website. That can keep both the work and the cost down.
If the function you need really is missing, I can build a custom WordPress plugin around the way you work. We’ll look at what you already have first, then work out whether adapting it or building something of your own makes more sense. You don’t need another subscription just because the standard version doesn’t feel right.
Sometimes we can improve and connect what you already have.
Sometimes moving to a better platform will save time and money.
Sometimes a custom solution will give you the freedom your business needs.
I’ll explain the options without drowning you in technical language.
Someone discovers you on Instagram.
They follow a link to a landing page on your own website that looks and feels exactly like the business they just met.
They understand the offer, choose a time or payment option and receive everything they need automatically.
If they bought a course or membership, they enter a space that still feels like your world not somebody else’s generic software.
They know where to go, what happens next and how to get help.
Meanwhile, you are not copying information, sending the same links repeatedly or waking up wondering whether somebody received their welcome email.
How this can support your revenue
Better functionality can help:
make it easier for interested people to book or buy
reduce the number of people lost between clicking and paying
follow up with people who are interested but not ready yet
sell courses, memberships or digital resources alongside one-to-one work
offer recurring subscriptions or community access
fill workshops, retreats and events more smoothly
give existing clients a reason to remain connected
serve more people without adding the same amount of administration
spend more of your time on the work clients actually pay you for
Technology will not rescue an offer nobody wants.
But when the offer is good, a smoother journey makes it much easier for people to say yes.
A custom AI agent is a digital helper designed for a specific job.
You might have tried ChatGPT and found yourself explaining the same things again and again. I can build an assistant around your own information and the job you need done, so you don’t have to become good at prompting to use it.
I can also make agents work together: one gathers information, another prepares a draft, and another checks it against your instructions before it comes to you for approval. Or we might simply connect your form, bookings and emails so the next step happens without you copying things between tabs.
If you want that assistant inside your own web app, I can build it using OpenAI’s APIs. That’s the connection that lets your app use AI directly, with your own interface and a clear job to do.
I also build apps for iPhone and Android and help prepare them for the App Store and Google Play. We’ll work out what people need to do in the app, what it costs to run and what’s needed for submission. The stores make the final approval decision.
We decide what can happen automatically, what needs your approval and what to do if something goes wrong. Sometimes a simple automation is enough. Sometimes a custom agent or app makes sense. You can start by telling me what you’d like to make easier.
It could:
answer common questions using your approved information
help visitors find the right service
organise information before an enquiry
guide students through course material
search your own resource library
support repetitive parts of your internal work
What it should never do and when a real person needs to step in.
If an ordinary form or automation would be more reliable, I’ll recommend that instead.
A smaller integration or connected landing page can start at around 5,000 SEK.
Most booking, payment and automation projects fall between 8,000–35,000 SEK and take approximately 1–5 weeks.
More involved course, membership and community projects commonly range from 20,000–60,000+ SEK.
Custom AI agents usually start around 15,000 SEK, depending on what they need to know and do.
Smaller technical work can be charged at 800–1,500 SEK per hour.
Prices exclude VAT, subscriptions, payment fees and ongoing usage costs. Any recurring costs are explained before we begin.
Get in touch
You don’t need to describe the solution.
Tell me what you are doing manually, where clients become confused or what you wish could happen more smoothly.
Working out the rest is part of my job.
Most people come to me feeling unsure about their website.
It’s either unfinished, outdated, or doing a poor job representing their work.
What I hear again and again, once we’re done, is relief.
Relief that things finally make sense. Relief that the website feels like them.
And very often: “I didn’t think this could feel this easy.”
