Case study: skincare supplier website in progress

A stronger digital home for a skincare agency and its salon partners

Hudologi represents Dr. Belter and SkinClinic in Sweden. Salon owners come to the agency for professional products, but also for the knowledge and personal support that helps them use those products well. The website needed to show that fuller relationship, then give its B2B customers more ways to learn and connect.

My role: Business and website strategy, visual identity, copy, design and build; ingredient glossary and knowledge library; Tutor LMS, funnels, alumni community and custom product AI in development.

An agency relationship the site can support

A skin therapist considering a new range wants to know more than the ingredients. Which products fit the treatments she offers? How can she explain them to a client? Who will answer when she is stuck? A useful site gives both Dr. Belter and SkinClinic a clear introduction and shows the people, expertise and service behind them.

From supplier website to practical support system

Hudologi had a basic site skeleton but no visual branding system. I built the identity and shaped the customer journey around the agency’s real work with Swedish salons. The ingredient glossary and extensive academy library are already part of that structure. Courses, an alumni community, email journeys and a product specialist AI are the next connected services we are developing for B2B customers.

A community for salon partners

We are developing a community for the salon owners who buy from Hudologi. Alumni will be able to share experience and knowledge with one another, while funnels and email sequences guide enquiries and course follow-up. The community and sequences are in development.

How much of a supplier’s knowledge belongs on the site? I wrote more about deciding what deserves its own page.

The question beneath the website brief

We started with an agency that needed a visual identity and a clearer site. In strategy conversations, the larger opportunity emerged: could the website help salon owners choose, learn, sell and stay connected without every answer passing through the founder? That question changed the architecture. The academy is one service for existing partners, not the whole business.

A visual identity for the agency

The existing site had a skeleton but no system for how Hudologi should look and speak. I created its visual language and copy to show the confidence of an established agency alongside the personal attention salon owners value. Dr. Belter and SkinClinic each need a clear route, held together by Hudologi’s own identity.

The B2B academy and ingredient library

I built an extensive knowledge library and ingredient glossary so a professional can return to a product or subject when a client asks a question. Tutor LMS courses are being added to make the academy a structured extra service for salon partners, with learning that fits their day-to-day work.

A product specialist AI in development

The planned custom AI will be trained around approved Dr. Belter and SkinClinic product knowledge. It is intended to explain what products do, how salon professionals use them and how to present them to their own clients. The aim is to take recurring product questions off the founder’s plate while keeping the agency’s expertise available to its partners. This tool is in development.
