LLM means large language model. It’s a type of AI model that learns patterns from large amounts of material and uses them to process and generate language.
You don’t need to understand how a model is built to benefit from it. It does help to separate the model, the service you’re using and the information it can access.
The model and web search do different jobs
A language model produces an answer using what it has learned and the information available to it at that moment. It isn’t a continuously updated directory of every business online.
An AI service may also have tools that search the web. It can retrieve current pages and use them when producing an answer.
That’s how a new page can appear in a search-based answer without the model being retrained on that page. Publishing an article doesn’t automatically teach the model something new.
What does that mean for your website?
Important information needs to be easy to find and understand. Explain what you offer, who it’s for and where you work. Show who is behind the advice and use real examples where you can.
If your prices, process and services only exist in your emails, a new visitor can’t use that information. I help put the right explanations on your website and make the next step clear.
That makes the page more useful to people, too. We don’t need to write in a special language for robots.
Can you have your own AI assistant?
Yes. Using ChatGPT yourself is one thing. Building an assistant into your business is a different piece of work.

You don’t need to become a prompting expert
Start with the task: what takes too much time, what do your customers need help with and what would you like to be able to do?
Sometimes a better form or a simple automation is enough. Sometimes an AI assistant or your own app is the right direction. I help you choose and build what’s needed.
